On September 24, 2022, the impact of Hurricane Fiona resulted in approximately $4 billion in damages across Nova Scotia, rendering it the most financially burdensome climate-related disasters globally. Today, it stands as the most expensive and intense tropical cyclone on record to have struck Canada.
Timberland, a brand renowned for its dedication to the environment and sustainable practices, recognized the importance of extending a helping hand. We collaborated with three Nova Scotian artists—Furniture Maker Jonathan Otter, Wood Sculptor Adam McNamara, and Visual Artist Kalen Roblee—to craft distinctive pieces for auction, with the proceeds donated to recovery efforts.
